Our day begins at Rio Frio Cave, a natural cathedral of stone and light. With its massive entrance — the largest in Belize — and a cool river flowing through its depths, this site is perfect for stunning photos and moments of awe in nature’s grandeur.

Next, we’ll head to the Rio On Pools, a series of cascading waterfalls and smooth granite slides. Take a dip in the refreshing pools, glide down natural rock slides, or simply relax and soak in the peaceful sounds of the forest — it’s pure bliss for body and soul.

After a delicious homemade picnic lunch at the tranquil San Miguel Camping Grounds, we’ll make our way to the highlight of the day — Big Rock Falls. This 150-foot waterfall thunders into a deep, turquoise pool that’s perfect for swimming or unwinding as mist rises from the falls. The echo of rushing water and the surrounding jungle create a truly unforgettable experience.
