Davis Falls lies deep in the heart of our home village — Alta Vista, located 15 miles off the Stann Creek Valley Road. This is where our team grew up, and we’re proud to share this incredible natural playground with the world.

The Jungle Express Ride

Your journey begins aboard our custom-built Jungle Express, a rugged off-road tractor and trailer combo that delivers both comfort and excitement.
The adventure kicks off in Alta Vista Village and covers 8 miles of off-road terrain, featuring 8 river crossings each way (16 total). Along the route, you’ll pass streams, creeks, orange orchards, and trek beneath the lush forest canopy — a true jungle safari experience.
The tractor itself is a beast — 4×4 powered, fitted with airbag suspension from a Freightliner truck, and equipped with built-in bus seats for up to 20 guests. Add in our sound system, and the ride can feel like a jungle carnival or a relaxed safari — whichever mood fits your adventure.

Rainforest Hike to Davis Falls

After the thrilling tractor ride, the adventure continues with a 40-minute hike through Belize’s pristine rainforest. Surrounded by towering trees, vibrant greenery, and the sounds of nature, you’ll cross gentle streams as anticipation builds — until suddenly, the forest opens up to reveal a breathtaking sight:
Davis Falls, a majestic 330-foot waterfall that looks like something straight out of a movie.

At its base, you’ll find three natural swimming pools of crystal-clear water — perfect for cooling off and soaking in the moment. Swim, relax, and enjoy the raw beauty of this hidden gem.

Lunch & Refreshing Final Stop

After exploring the falls, we hike back to the tractor for a short 5-minute ride to a serene Maya pool along the Sittee River Nature Reserve. Here, we enjoy a delicious picnic-style lunch and one last chance to dip into refreshing spring-fed waters.

Return to Alta Vista

With hearts full and cameras packed with memories, we board the Jungle Express once more and make our way back to Alta Vista Village — carrying with us the feelings, emotions, and unforgettable moments of one of the best excursions in Belize.
